These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your use of the cie4d online gaming platform, accessible at https://cie4d.cam and all related services, including casino games, sports betting, togel lottery games, and sabung ayam (cockfighting) streams. By accessing or using cie4d services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
cie4d reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the platform after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of cie4d services and close your account if you have one.
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:
You must be at least 21 years of age to create an account and use cie4d services. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that you are a legal resident of Indonesia. cie4d reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in account suspension or closure.
It is your responsibility to ensure that online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction of residence. cie4d does not accept customers from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law. By using the Platform, you confirm that you are not violating any local, state, or national laws.
21+ Only: cie4d strictly enforces age verification. Underage gambling is illegal and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds. We may use third-party verification services to confirm your age and identity.
To use cie4d services, you must create an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. You may only create one Account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of funds.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. Any activity that occurs under your Account is your responsibility. You must immediately notify cie4d support if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
cie4d is required to verify the identity of all Users to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. You must provide a valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP) and may be asked to provide additional documentation such as proof of address or proof of payment method ownership. Verification is typically required before your first withdrawal and may be requested at any time thereafter.
Withdrawal requests cannot be processed until KYC verification is complete. cie4d reserves the right to suspend or close accounts that fail to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe.
cie4d accepts deposits via the following Indonesian banks and e-wallets: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri (Bank Mandiri), CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay. All deposits must be made from an account in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method but are typically Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit limits may apply based on your account status. Deposits are typically credited within 5 minutes during banking hours, though delays may occur due to bank processing times or technical issues.
cie4d does not charge fees for deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may impose transaction fees, currency conversion charges, or other costs. You are responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment processors.
If a deposit fails to credit to your Account within 24 hours, contact cie4d support with proof of payment (transaction receipt, bank statement, or screenshot). We will investigate and credit your Account if the deposit is verified. If you dispute a deposit with your bank or payment provider without first contacting cie4d support, your Account will be immediately suspended pending investigation, and you may be liable for administrative fees.
You may request a withdrawal of your Account balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements. Withdrawals are processed to the same bank account or payment method used for your most recent deposit. If a return to the original payment method is not possible, cie4d will work with you to arrange an alternative method.
Withdrawal processing times are typically 4-12 hours on business days (Monday-Friday, excluding Indonesian public holidays). VIP tier members may receive expedited processing. Large withdrawal amounts may require additional verification and may take longer to process.
Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Maximum withdrawal limits vary by account tier and payment method. Standard accounts have a daily withdrawal limit of Rp 50,000,000 and a monthly limit of Rp 500,000,000. Higher limits are available for VIP members.
cie4d does not charge fees for the first three withdrawals per calendar month. Additional withdrawals in the same month may incur a processing fee of Rp 25,000. Your bank or payment provider may also impose fees, which are your responsibility.
cie4d reserves the right to cancel or reverse a withdrawal if we suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms. If a withdrawal is cancelled, funds will be returned to your Account balance and you will be notified via email.
cie4d offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. You must read and understand the terms of each bonus before claiming it.
Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. cie4d reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings if we detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, irregular betting patterns designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or collusion with other players.
Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the amount you must wager before bonus funds and associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the bonus amount. Different game types contribute differently to wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino games may contribute 10% or less.
You must complete wagering requirements within the specified validity period (typically 30 days from bonus activation). Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiration.
Only one active bonus is permitted per Account at any time. You may not have both a deposit bonus and a cashback bonus active simultaneously. Maximum bet limits apply when playing with bonus funds, typically Rp 25,000 per bet. Exceeding the maximum bet may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

You may request temporary self-exclusion (cooling-off period) or permanent account closure at any time by contacting support. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your Account or place bets. Self-exclusion periods can be set for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, or permanently.
If you request permanent account closure, your Account will be closed within 24 hours and any remaining balance will be returned to you after deduction of any outstanding bonuses or fees.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of funds:
cie4d provides the Platform and Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by Indonesian law, cie4d disclaims all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
cie4d shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, service interruptions, technical malfunctions, or unauthorized access to your Account. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with cie4d is to stop using the Platform and close your Account.
cie4d is not responsible for losses resulting from third-party payment processor delays, bank errors, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.
All content on the cie4d Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game designs, is the property of cie4d or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written permission from cie4d.
The cie4d name, logo, and all related trademarks are the property of cie4d. You may not use these trademarks without express written consent.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of cie4d services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and cie4d. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Jakarta, Indonesia.
By agreeing to these Terms, you waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against cie4d.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
